Alana Dubrocq, MS. Ed. Psych, BCBA, LBA
I began my journey in ABA when I began working as a behavior therapist for The Shape of Behavior in Houston, TX while completing my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology. I married my husband, moved abroad for a couple years, and had two children of my own before returning back to the field. Once my husband and I settled in Belton, TX I began substituting in the schools and I found myself drawn back into the field of ABA. I decided to return to school and pursue my M.S. in educational psychology with a concentration in ABA.
While attending Baylor University, I had the privilege of working and learning at the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities where I worked alongside parents and their children to create and implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs as well as collaborate with fellow educators to improve our client's lives in the clinic, home, and educational settings.
I have had the benefit of working and studying under other ABA providers in the area, and in 2021, I decided to open Groves Behavioral Services in Belton, TX to bring ABA therapy to the children in the community we love and serve.
